Ariane has 13 years of experience in innovation and business strategy. She specializes in the luxury & hospitality sectors. Her references include Richemont, LVMH, Chanel, Accor, Pernod Ricard & AdVini.

Thomas has over 20 years of consulting experience, with a strong focus on strategic innovation. Formerly at Weave and Accenture, he founded and led Possible Future. Since 2016, he has been advising various CAC40 groups on their innovation strategy, including L’Oreal, Danone, Saint-Gobain, AB Inbev.

Madeleine holds a degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano and leads user research and user-centered design at Haikus. With a strong background in co-design methodologies, she brings people into the heart of the design process.

Guillaume is an experienced product designer with an academic training at ENSCI in industrial design. With 6 years of experience (Valeo and X, frog), he’s specialised in innovation processes and industrial design.
