SCOPE

BRIEF

Lassonde, a leading Canadian beverage group, partnered with us to strengthen its innovation approach.The objective: build more consumer-centric, market-ready concepts, grounded in real consumer needs, group right-to-play and category dynamics, and to establish a more repeatable, insight-driven innovation foundation.

PROJECT

Over the course of 2 months, we led a full innovation journey starting with a deep exploration phase to uncover trends, consumer tensions, brand territories and technical levers across five product categories. This was followed by a multi-day co-creation sprint with Lassonde’s brand, R&D and marketing teams, blending insights, creativity and feasibility to generate high-potential ideas. We then quick-tested selected concepts with consumers to validate desirability and sharpen the strongest opportunities.

OUTCOME

Over 30+ concepts were imagined, with 15+ being prepared for consumer screening to integrate Lassonde’s brand innovation roadmap.
