Project for a the innovation team of major mutual insurer aiming to operationalize its new innovation methodology and focus efforts on high-potential, future-facing initiatives. We accompanied the company in its innovation process by (i) coaching two innovation project leaders, and (ii) identifying and prioritizing opportunity territories

PROJECT

We first coached two innovation project leads over 20 weeks, helping them apply the new methodology and meet key milestones. Second, we identified and prioritized opportunity territories through trend analysis, stakeholder interviews, and collaborative workshops. The process concluded with a creative session to develop concepts from the most promising spaces.

The result: 14 white spaces identified, 2 prioritized, and 2 innovation concepts created to bring them to life — feeding both the short-term pipeline and long-term vision.
