BRIEF

Klépierre, a leading European retail property group, asked us to explore new digital service opportunities, targeting both end customers and B2B partners, with a clear focus on unlocking additional revenue streams. The challenge consisted in identifying solutions that were both desirable and feasible in the short to mid term.

PROJECT

In less than two months, we helped Klépierre transform broad ambitions into four actionable service concepts. We started by mapping 10 high-potential opportunity areas, and through a structured process combining user research, benchmarks, tech audits, and internal alignment, we refined and prioritized the most promising ideas. The result: four strategic digital service concepts, each backed by a clear business model, operational path, and data strategy contribution.
