Project for a global homecare brand navigating a highly commoditized category and aiming to reinvigorate its innovation model. The objective was to explore more market-connected, insight-fueled opportunities, and to build a robust pipeline of consumer-relevant concepts.

PROJECT

We designed and led an end-to-end innovation sprint, starting with a deep exploration phase to uncover emerging needs, trends and technical levers. This culminated in a two-day immersion and ideation workshop with 13 team members, bringing together consumer insights, science, and creativity to generate high-potential ideas.

The results : 25 concepts were developed by the brand’s team, 14 of which are being sent to screening
