SCOPE

BRIEF

Project for the group’s global CSR team, to highlight the strategic importance of making sustainability visible and engaging for guests. While a large part of the sustainable actions taken the hotels are typically invisible to guests, the aim was to explore a pioneering and emotionally resonant guest-facing initiative, and build a business case for its deployment.

PROJECT

We designed a strategic case for embedding sustainability into the guest experience at scale. Through in-depth analysis of business impact, loyalty drivers, and brand differentiation, we showed how a signature sustainable experience could become a lever for engagement, perception, and long-term value.

OUTCOME

The result is a compelling case for the group’s ExCom to embrace a signature, guest-facing sustainable experience.
